* Lender-based fees. These are the fees that your lender will charge you in order to obtain a mortgage. These fees must be disclosed to you on the 'good faith estimate' that you receive from your lender. They vary from lender to lender. Let me look over the fees that your lender is charging you, to be sure you're not paying too much.
* Title insurance: $200.00
* Recording fee: $50.00



SELLERS:
